I hold a degree in Economics, which laid the foundation for my understanding of the financial world. During my studies, I delved into the complexities of markets, the intricacies of economic theories, and the impact of financial decisions on societies. However, as life often does, it took me down a path I hadn't initially envisioned.

After finishing my studies, I embarked on a journey to find my way in the professional world. It took several years of exploration to discover where I truly belonged. From a young age, I had a passion for the culinary arts. I fondly remember baking sponge cakes, though they didn't always turn out as expected—those early attempts were quite memorable! However, I never imagined that I would develop my career in this field. Life, as it turns out, is full of surprises..

The Birth of Sweet Cake Marrakech

Five years ago, Sweet Cake Marrakech was born out of love and necessity. It all started when I made a cake for my son's birthday. That experience inspired me to dive deeper into the art of cake making. I sought out training courses with some of the best cake designers, including Historias del Ciervo, A Cake Boutique Lima, Nasima Alam, Kate Kim, Butter & Blossoms, Cynthia Irani...

Through these experiences, I discovered two key elements that fueled my passion: the intricate world of cake design and the joy of creating edible art.

Engaging with these talented cake designers opened my eyes to the possibilities within the culinary world. The creativity and precision involved in cake design fascinated me. I realized that I could combine my love for baking with my newfound skills to create something truly special.
